NBA Round Up

by Mike Grant on November 10, 2009

The Hornets got a much needed victory over the Clippers last night, 112-84.  Emeka Okafor played just 25 minutes, scoring a season low 2 points on 1 of 2 shooting, while adding 6 rebounds and 2 blocked shots.  Hilton Armstong also played 25 minutes in this one, and he made the most of his opportunity. Armstrong played his best game of the season, scoring 12 points on 4 of 4 shooting, adding 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.  With the win the Hornets improved to 3-5, and the Clippers fell to an identical 3-5 mark.  The Hornets are back in action Thursday night on TNT, when they face the Western Conference leading Phoenix Suns (7-1).
