The Celtics closed out the series last night, downing LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers 94-85.  It was a relatively quiet night for Ray Allen, who scored 8 points and had 5 assists, but he did have a breakaway highlight reel dunk (below).  Kevin Garnett led the way with 22 points and 12 rebounds, and Rajon Rondo was once again on his game, scoring 21 points and doling out 12 assists.  Paul Pierce and Rasheed Wallace each had 13 points and each hit big threes late to help seal the deal.

LeBron James had a triple double in a losing effort, scoring 27 points, grabbing 19 boards and dishing 10 assists.  He had some turnover issues last night (9), including a huge gaffe when the Cavs had cut the lead to 78-74, dribbling the ball off his foot as he brought the ball up the court.  We’ll see what happens with LeBron’s free agency, which will  be discussed ad nauseam between now and July 1st.

The Celtics will face the defending Eastern Conference Champion Orlando Magic in the conference finals, which begin Sunday May 16th at 3:30 PM in Orlando.
