Taariq Allen Commits to UConn

Allen had offers from Nebraska, Wisconsin and Tulane

This has certainly been a good week for Connecticut football, and it just got better.  Highly touted Massachusetts receiver Taariq Allen has committed to the Huskies. 

Allen chose the Huskies over offers from Nebraska, Wisconsin and Tulane.   He is rated a three star by both Rivals and ESPN.  He’s got great measurables at 6’2″, 180 lbs;  this is a big pick-up for the Huskies.

Allen is also an accomplished basketball player…here he is displaying his athleticism :
