Wow, listening to that truly exemplifies how lost he is. Full of cheesy cliches, “Need to play full 60 minutes” “need to do the little things”. He is horrible. He’s dissapointed with Ruthers loss. Really? Laughing and giggling his way through the interview. He says nothing about schemes, analysis, replacing players. Has anyone ever asked him a tough question? Is he that comfortable with job security? Hey mike, if you ever get on that conference call, ask him “well Randy, before the season you were a hot commodity, rumored that several schools were looking at you because you are such an amazing coach, is it safe to say you wish you left because with this extra year you have proven to even me, mike grant, you are the worst coach in America?”
I wouldn't call him the worst coach in America Nick, lol. I think he's ultra-conservative, and a throw back. The thing is, I don't think that wins consistently on this level. You need to be dynamic, you need to be adapting, you need to keep up with the times…I don't see that with Randy. I'm all set with sub .500 Big East seasons. If we finish below .500 this season again it will be for the third consecutive season and for the 5th time in 6 seasons. We are not wrong or impatient to expect better.
