For the second consecutive year, the University of Connecticut baseball team has received an at-large NCAA tournament bid.

The NCAA announced Monday that the Huskies (41-17-1) will be the number two seed in the Clemson, S.C. regional. Other teams in the Clemson Regional are No. 1 seed Clemson (41-18), No. 3 Coastal Carolina (41-18) and No. 4 Sacred Heart (34-21).

The Huskies failed to earn the Big East’s automatic bid after getting knocked out of the Big East tournament by Seton Hall.
