Huskies Land Another

UConn received it's second commitment in as many weeks, when 6'5", 265 lb Kenton Adeyemi verballed Monday morning.  Adeyemi, who prepped this past season at Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia, chose the Huskies over Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Marshall and New Mexico.  He's rated three stars by Rivals.com. Vann Commits to the Huskies

Three star linebacker Marquise Vann (Fairfield, OH) has committed to the Huskies according to Cincinnati.com.   Vann recently decommitted from Minnesota, who had fired their head coach Tim Brewster.  Vann had offers from Michigan State, Stanford and most of the MAC schools. Highlights:

Mike Nebrich Wins Washington Post’s All-Met Player of the Year

Dalton Gifford Commits

Dalton Gifford, a 6'5" 285 lb tackle from Barnstable, Mass has committed to UConn.  Gifford was set to go to Northeastern following the 2010 season, but they dropped their football program.  He prepped this year at Bridgton Academy in Maine.    Video :
